Buyers outside the EU should know their customs regulations, especially those of buyers from the UK, the USA, and Canada. We can provide phytosanitary certificates only for non-CITES plants but can’t provide CITES papers. None of them are needed within the European Union! Phytosanitary certificate is highly recommended for buyers in the UK, USA, and Canada! An import permit is also required in some countries, like the USA and Canada. We can provide the phyto, but the buyer has to provide the import permit. This declaration is enough for most countries, but some of them require more, and rules can be different. We don’t have to know all of the regulations of all countries, you should know the rules of your own country. If you need a special declaration, please let us know before you buy this document. We can’t take responsibility if the plants will be confiscated because of paper insufficiency.

One certificate is enough for one shipment. When we fill the paper we will use the name and address what you gave at the registration. It takes time to get the paper so the shipping will be delayed for a few days. If you have import permit please send me via email, we will print out and put it into the box together with phytosanitary certificate. The plant will be shipped bare-rooted and well-packed. Payment is recommended to be made within 3 days after receiving the invoice from us.  Plants will be sent within a few days after receiving the payment. You will be informed about the shipping details (tracking number).
